# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 3 ripe Bosc pears, large sized
02 - 2 1/2 ounces crumbled Danish blue cheese

→ Toppings

03 - 1/3 cup roughly chopped walnuts
04 - 3 fresh thyme sprigs
05 - Flaky salt to finish

→ Dressing

06 - 1-2 tablespoons runny honey
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Aleppo chili flakes
08 - 1-2 teaspoons good quality olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cut pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Put them in your skillet face up, add a splash of oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Flip them face down.
02 - Pop the pears in a 400°F oven for about 15 minutes.
03 - Flip pears so they're face up, stuff with the crumbled blue cheese, sprinkle with walnuts and add thyme. Cook another 8-10 minutes until the cheese gets all melty.
04 - Stir together your honey and Aleppo pepper. Pour this over the warm pears and top with a pinch of flaky salt and extra thyme leaves.

# Notes:

01 - Fancy starter that balances sweet pears with tangy cheese
02 - Tastes great hot or just sitting out for a bit
