Tuna Melt Bagel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 plain bagels
02 - 290g drained canned tuna (2 tins)
03 - 75g light mayo

→ Filling

04 - 1/2 red onion, diced small
05 - 340g drained canned corn (1 tin)
06 - 150g shredded mozzarella

# Instructions:

01 - Cut bagels in half and brown the outer sides under a medium grill till they get a nice golden color.
02 - Mix your drained tuna, corn, diced red onion, and mayo together in a big bowl until everything's combined.
03 - Spread the tuna mix equally on all bagel halves, then sprinkle plenty of shredded mozzarella on each one.
04 - Return them to the grill until the cheese bubbles and turns a lovely golden color.

# Notes:

01 - You can add hot sauce or chili flakes for a kick
02 - Any bread works as a substitute
03 - Tastes best when eaten right away
