→ For Serving

19 - Cooked french fries
20 - Red onions cut into thin slices
21 - Tomatoes cut into slices
22 - Pita bread or low-carb flatbread, warmed

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a medium bowl and mix together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, onion powder, coriander, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything until you've got a smooth, well-blended marinade.
02 - Toss the chicken tenders into the marinade and make sure each piece gets fully covered. Put a lid on the bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes if you're in a rush, or stick it in the fridge for up to 24 hours if you want stronger flavors.
03 - Put your grated cucumber in a fine-mesh sieve and press down hard with a wooden spoon to get rid of all the water. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until it's smooth. Add your drained cucumber, grated garlic, and dill. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Taste it and add more lemon juice if you want. Pop it in the fridge until you need it.
04 - Put a large skillet on medium-high heat and add just enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Once it's hot, cook half the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes, turning them once halfway. They should be golden brown outside and reach 165°F inside. Move them to a clean plate and cook the rest, adding more oil if needed.
05 - Warm up your pita bread or flatbread following the package directions. Put a few pieces of chicken in the middle of each bread. Pile on some french fries, red onion slices, and tomato slices. Add a big spoonful of tzatziki on top. Fold the bread around everything and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - This tasty Greek dish puts a modern spin on traditional gyros by stuffing french fries inside the wrap, just like they do with street food in Greece.
02 - You can make the tzatziki up to 4 days before and keep it in the fridge in a sealed container.
03 - Want fewer carbs? Skip the bread and put everything on top of some mixed greens instead.
