Lemon Butter Tilapia Fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fish

01 - 1 pound of tilapia fillets (about 3-4 pieces)

→ Seasonings

02 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Lemon Butter Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
08 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
11 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Wipe tilapia dry with towels, combine all seasonings and coat both sides of fish evenly.
02 - Warm up olive oil in pan over medium flame. Fry fish until golden, about 3-4 minutes each side.
03 - Melt butter until it browns in a light pan. Toss in garlic and cook for half a minute. Take off heat and mix in lemon juice with all seasonings.
04 - Drizzle sauce on top of cooked fish, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Make it hot by adding cayenne and red pepper flakes
02 - Go with a bright-colored pan for the sauce to see when butter turns brown
