½ ounce of blue curaçao

Pineapple juice—unsweetened, 4 ounces

A few drops (3-5) of green food coloring

A maraschino cherry as a garnish

Fill up your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in all the ingredients, close it, and shake fast for 10 seconds to chill and blend everything together.

Fill your glass with fresh ice, strain the green mix into it, and add a maraschino cherry to finish things off.

You can swap artificial green coloring for natural options, like vegetable or spice-based colorings.

The drink will have a more teal hue if you don’t use the green coloring.
