Quick Turkey Cheddar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spread

01 - 4 oz cream cheese, let it come to room temperature
02 - A pinch of black pepper and salt, adjust to your liking
03 - 1 green onion, chop it up finely

→ Roll Ups

04 - Two medium-sized tortillas made from flour
05 - 6 slices of turkey from the deli
06 - 4 slices of cheddar cheese
07 - ¼ cup of shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Put the softened cream cheese into a small dish, mix it with the sliced green onion. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.
02 - On a flat surface, lay out a tortilla. Use half of your cream cheese mix and spread it from edge to edge. This will make sure your fillings stay in place.
03 - Top the tortilla with some lettuce, then put three turkey slices and two cheese slices on it. Position everything closer to the left side, leaving a bit of space along the edge.
04 - Start rolling from the left side and keep it snug. If the edge needs help staying put, add a bit more of that cream cheese. Repeat with the other tortilla.
05 - Cut each roll in two halves, then take those halves and slice each into five smaller pieces. If the ends look too empty, you can trim them or munch on them as a snack. And you're done — they're good to eat or pack away!

# Notes:

01 - Awesome for prepping meals — they’ll last in the fridge for about 4 days
02 - Perfect for school lunchboxes or as party snacks
