Put the softened cream cheese into a small dish, mix it with the sliced green onion. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper, adjusting to your taste.

On a flat surface, lay out a tortilla. Use half of your cream cheese mix and spread it from edge to edge. This will make sure your fillings stay in place.

Top the tortilla with some lettuce, then put three turkey slices and two cheese slices on it. Position everything closer to the left side, leaving a bit of space along the edge.

Start rolling from the left side and keep it snug. If the edge needs help staying put, add a bit more of that cream cheese. Repeat with the other tortilla.

Cut each roll in two halves, then take those halves and slice each into five smaller pieces. If the ends look too empty, you can trim them or munch on them as a snack. And you're done — they're good to eat or pack away!
