Turkey Cheddar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spread

01 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - Pepper and salt as needed
03 - 1 finely chopped green onion

→ Roll Ups

04 - 2 standard flour tortillas
05 - 6 pieces deli turkey
06 - 4 slices of cheddar cheese
07 - 1/4 cup chopped lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the soft cream cheese with chopped green onions in a small bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and mix until you're happy with the flavor.
02 - Put a tortilla flat on your board. Spread half of your cream cheese mix all the way to the edges so everything will stick together well.
03 - Scatter some lettuce over the tortilla, then put down 3 turkey pieces and 2 slices of cheese. Place them mostly on the left side but leave a small gap at the edge.
04 - Begin from the left side and roll tightly. You might need extra cream cheese to stick the end down. Repeat these steps with your other tortilla.
05 - Chop each roll in half, then cut each half into 5 pieces. You can eat or toss the empty ends. They're now ready to munch on or pack away!

# Notes:

01 - They'll stay good in your fridge for up to 4 days - awesome for planning ahead
02 - Perfect for kids' lunch boxes or when friends come over
