Combine the soft cream cheese with chopped green onions in a small bowl. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and mix until you're happy with the flavor.

Put a tortilla flat on your board. Spread half of your cream cheese mix all the way to the edges so everything will stick together well.

Scatter some lettuce over the tortilla, then put down 3 turkey pieces and 2 slices of cheese. Place them mostly on the left side but leave a small gap at the edge.

Begin from the left side and roll tightly. You might need extra cream cheese to stick the end down. Repeat these steps with your other tortilla.

Chop each roll in half, then cut each half into 5 pieces. You can eat or toss the empty ends. They're now ready to munch on or pack away!
