                Crank the oven up to 400°F.

                Peel the sweet potatoes, dice them up, then toss into a big baking dish. Mix in 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, some rosemary, salt, and pepper.

                Pop them into the oven for half an hour.

                While the spuds roast, brown the turkey in a skillet. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper while cooking.

                Slice the zucchini, then cut the slices into quarters.

                Take out the sweet potatoes. Toss in the browned turkey and the zucchini pieces. Give it a good mix.

                Stick it back into the oven for another 10 minutes.

                Pull the dish out. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, mix everything, and layer the parmesan over the top.

                Slide it into the oven one more time for 10 minutes.
