Turkey Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp rosemary
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes
03 - 2/3 cup parmesan, shredded
04 - 2 small zucchini
05 - 5 tbsp olive oil
06 - salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 lb ground turkey

# Instructions:

01 - Crank the oven up to 400°F.
02 - Peel the sweet potatoes, dice them up, then toss into a big baking dish. Mix in 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, some rosemary, salt, and pepper.
03 - Pop them into the oven for half an hour.
04 - While the spuds roast, brown the turkey in a skillet. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper while cooking.
05 - Slice the zucchini, then cut the slices into quarters.
06 - Take out the sweet potatoes. Toss in the browned turkey and the zucchini pieces. Give it a good mix.
07 - Stick it back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
08 - Pull the dish out. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, mix everything, and layer the parmesan over the top.
09 - Slide it into the oven one more time for 10 minutes.
10 - Dig in and enjoy!
