Simple Golden Cookie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 package Golden Oreos (14.3 oz/405g)
02 - 8 oz softened cream cheese (1 cup/225g), left out until room temp
03 - White chocolate bars or melting discs (2½ cups/437g), not the chip variety

→ Topping Ideas

04 - Fun sprinkles or smashed Oreo bits for the finishing touch

# Instructions:

01 - Grind your Golden Oreos in a food processor till they're all crumbly. Toss in your room temp cream cheese and keep blending until it's all mixed together smoothly. Wipe down the sides a few times to make sure everything gets combined.
02 - Take spoonfuls of the mix and roll them between your hands to create small balls. Set each one on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Stick them in the fridge for about 20 minutes to firm up. The freezer works too if you're short on time.
03 - Melt about half your white chocolate in the microwave running at half power. Stir it every half minute until it's smooth. Grab two forks to dunk each cold truffle, cover it all over, then put it back on the parchment. Quickly add your toppings before the chocolate hardens.
04 - After you've dipped and topped all your truffles, put them back in the fridge for around 5 minutes until the outer chocolate layer gets completely firm.

# Notes:

01 - No food processor? Just smash the Oreos in a plastic bag using a rolling pin, then stir in cream cheese manually
02 - Stick with good white chocolate bars or melting discs for coating, regular white chips won't work right
