Quick Party Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of room-temperature cream cheese.
02 - 1 cup of grated cheddar or Mexican cheese mix.
03 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained.
04 - 1 cup of sour cream.
05 - 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped cilantro for the top.
06 - 1 packet (1 oz) of ranch seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch mix. Stir till creamy and smooth.
02 - Mix in the shredded cheese and drained tomatoes gently until evenly spread out.
03 - Cover it up and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors pop.
04 - Stir it up, pour into a serving dish, and sprinkle cilantro on top if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Swap for Hot Rotel if you want it spicy.
02 - Crumbled bacon or sliced green onions can be a fun addition.
03 - Stays good in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days.
