# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 4 large wheat flour tortillas
05 - 100 g shredded lettuce
06 - 60 g cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 40 g onions, diced
08 - 60 g sliced pickles

→ Special Sauce

09 - 120 g mayonnaise
10 - 30 g sugar-free ketchup
11 - 15 g yellow mustard
12 - 15 ml white vinegar
13 - 5 g onion powder
14 - 5 g garlic powder
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly until smooth. Cover and refrigerate while assembling the remaining ingredients.
02 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break it apart as it browns. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until meat is fully browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Arrange tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous spoonful of special sauce across the center of each wrap.
04 - Top each tortilla with cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced onions, and sliced pickles.
05 - Fold the sides inwards and roll each wrap tightly from the bottom up. Secure with toothpicks if needed to hold shape.
06 - If desired, place wraps seam-side down in a heated skillet and toast until the exterior is golden and crispy. Slice in half and serve with extra special sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the special sauce to chill for at least 10 minutes to enhance its flavor.
02 - For a lower carbohydrate option, use low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves as wraps.
