02 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
03 - Half a cup of white sugar
04 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract

→ Filling & Topping

05 - One cup of blueberries (use fresh ones or thaw frozen ones)
06 - One tablespoon of grated lemon peel
07 - Quarter cup of powdered sugar for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your baking tray.
02 - Carefully spread out the crescent dough and push together the seams to make one even sheet.
03 - Using a mixer or spoon, blend together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until it’s smooth and fluffy.
04 - Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough evenly. Sprinkle blueberries and lemon zest on top.
05 - Starting at one edge, roll the dough up into a log. Slice it into sections about 1-inch thick.
06 - Place the slices flat on the greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. They should turn golden brown.
07 - Let the rolls cool a bit, then dust them with powdered sugar on top. These taste best when warm.

# Notes:

01 - For the freshest taste, choose juicy blueberries and zest your lemons right before using.
02 - These rolls are perfect when you’re hosting brunch or just want a sweet snack.
