Beef Bites & Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of beef chunks, cut into small pieces.
02 - 1 pound of petite potatoes, split in half.
03 - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted down.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1 teaspoon of onion seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika spice.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary leaves.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
11 - 1/4 cup of beef stock.
12 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Over medium-high heat, sear beef in a pan with olive oil. Let it cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Move everything to the slow cooker.
02 - Toss the halved baby potatoes into the slow cooker along with the beef.
03 - Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and spices. Drizzle it over the beef and potatoes in the cooker.
04 - Add the beef broth into the slow cooker with the other ingredients.
05 - Put the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. The beef should be perfectly tender by the end.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier finish, stir in some heavy cream at the end.
02 - Swap in sweet potatoes if you'd like.
03 - Other root veggies can be a tasty add-in.
