# Instructions:

01 - Slice each avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit, leaving some flesh attached to the skin to provide structure for the filling.
02 - In a mixing bowl, gently mix the halved cherry tomatoes, halved mozzarella balls, and chopped fresh basil.
03 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze over the mixture, then season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly to evenly coat.
04 - Spoon the tomato, mozzarella, and basil mixture generously into the hollowed avocado halves.
