→ For Cooking

09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons butter for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Remove crusts from each slice of white sandwich bread. Flatten each slice evenly using a rolling pin.
02 - Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon in a small bowl until well mixed.
03 - Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over each flattened bread slice, leaving a border at the edges. Roll up each slice tightly and press the seam gently to seal.
04 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
05 - Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add butter for frying.
06 - Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated. Place seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, rotating to evenly brown all sides.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use day-old bread to prevent the roll-ups from becoming soggy.
