Creamy Beef Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix

→ Cheese and Additions

03 - 10 ounces of drained diced tomatoes with green chiles
04 - 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese
05 - 1/2 cup of milk
06 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a big skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s brown all the way through. Mix in the taco seasoning while it’s cooking.
02 - Once the tomatoes are drained, toss them in the skillet with the beef. Add the cheese, and as it starts melting, stir everything together.
03 - Pour the milk into the pan and keep stirring until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
