Egg Avocado Toast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ripe avocado—mashed or sliced.
02 - 2 big eggs.
03 - Kosher salt, adjust to your preference.
04 - Black pepper, to taste.
05 - Optional: everything seasoning blend.
06 - Furikake seasoning, if desired.
07 - 2 thick slices of sourdough bread.
08 - 1 tablespoon of plain butter.
09 - Optional: red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool them off in a bowl with ice water for 2 minutes.
02 - Lightly brown the bread slices in a toaster, then slather them with butter.
03 - Spread the avocado (sliced or mashed) on top of your toasted bread, sprinkle with kosher salt.
04 - Once chilled, take the eggs out of their shells and set them aside.
05 - Wearing a protective glove, shred the boiled eggs over the avocado toast with a Microplane.
06 - Finish up with your favorite seasonings before eating right away.

01 - Boil your eggs ahead of time if you'd like.
