Flaky Cheesecake Crescent Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pastry Foundation

01 - 2 tubes (8 oz each) chilled crescent dough sheets

→ Creamy Center

02 - 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 1 cup white sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla

→ Sweet Spice Mix

05 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
06 - 1/4 cup white sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×13-inch baking pan with a thin layer of butter or cooking spray.
02 - Pop open one tube of crescent dough and flatten it across the pan bottom. Press the seams together to make one solid sheet.
03 - Mix the softened cream cheese, cup of sugar, and vanilla until it's smooth and fluffy. Spread this mix evenly on top of the dough.
04 - Open the second tube and lay the dough over the cream cheese mixture. Gently push down the edges to seal everything in.
05 - Pour melted butter all over the top layer. Stir together the remaining sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mix across the buttery surface.
06 - Pop it in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the top turns golden and everything's set. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
