Fudgy Red Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder with no sugar added.
05 - 1/2 tablespoon red gel-based food dye.
06 - 1 teaspoon plain white vinegar.
07 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1 1/4 cups regular white sugar.
10 - 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, broken up.
11 - 3/4 cup melted unsalted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and put some parchment paper into an 8x8 pan.
02 - Put chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts till smooth.
03 - Blend the sugar in, then add eggs one by one, followed by vanilla, vinegar, and food dye.
04 - Combine sifted cocoa, salt, and flour with the wet mix. You can toss in the chips if you'd like.
05 - Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes till a toothpick comes out with damp crumbs.
