Gummy Bears Natural (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons unflavored beef gelatin
02 - 3 tablespoons of natural honey
03 - 1 cup of juice (like pomegranate or orange)

# Instructions:

01 - Place your gummy bear molds made from silicone onto a tray so they’re easy to move to the fridge.
02 - Heat the juice with the honey in a pan on low until it just starts to simmer.
03 - When the honey is melted, whisk the gelatin in quickly until it’s completely smooth. Don’t cook the gelatin, just blend it well.
04 - Right after mixing, pour everything into your molds and pop them into the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.
05 - After they’ve set, pop the gummy bears out of their molds and keep them in an airtight box in the fridge to stay fresh.

# Notes:

01 - Try experimenting with a variety of juices and change the honey amount for different sweetness levels. Pomegranate and orange work great!
02 - High-quality silicone molds make handling and cleanup a breeze.
03 - They may need more time than pre-made candies, but it’s worth it for a healthier option.
