Bake or air fry the frozen breaded chicken patties as directed on the packaging until heated through and crisp.

Spread garlic butter evenly onto one side of each slice of Italian bread.

Place one cooked chicken patty onto the unbuttered side of two bread slices. Spoon marinara sauce over the patties. Sprinkle evenly with dried basil and a pinch of garlic salt. Layer 3 slices of provolone cheese over each patty, then finish with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Set a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Position the assembled sandwiches buttered side down. Cover with remaining bread slices, buttered side outward. Grill for 2–4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
