Stuffed Mini Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of whipped cream cheese, already softened.
02 - Half a tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning, with a bit extra for sprinkling on top.
03 - 20 mini sweet peppers, clean and dry.
04 - A half-cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove all the seeds and insides.
02 - Stir together the softened cream cheese, cheddar, and seasoning until they're fully mixed.
03 - Spread the cheese mixture into the pepper halves using a small knife. Make sure they're evenly stuffed.
04 - Add a dash of extra seasoning on top and serve right away.
05 - Pop them in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes, or air fry at the same temperature for 3-5 minutes until the cheese bubbles up.

# Notes:

01 - You can make these in advance and keep them in the fridge for up to a day.
