01 -
Throw condensed milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract in your mixer bowl. Beat in half the powdered sugar on low.
02 -
Slowly add the rest of your powdered sugar while mixing until you've got a nice smooth ball. It needs to be firm enough to shape. Add a bit more sugar if too sticky or a drop of water if too dry.
03 -
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on parchment paper, put your dough on it, and dust the top with more sugar. Flatten it to about ½ inch thick.
04 -
Take a 1 or 1½ inch cookie cutter (make sure it's greased) and punch out circles. Pop the dough in the freezer for a bit if it gets too soft to work with.
05 -
Put your peppermint circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cover them up and stick them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
06 -
Put your chocolate candy melts in a bowl that's safe for the microwave. Heat them up in 30-second bursts, giving them a good stir each time.
07 -
Grab a fork to dip each frozen circle into the melted chocolate. Set them on parchment and quickly add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens. Let them set completely before you eat them.
