10-Minute Pizza Zucchini Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
02 - 4 medium zucchini, spiralized

→ Sauce and Toppings

03 - 250 millilitres low-sugar Marinara sauce
04 - 100 grams pepperoni slices
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
06 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the spiralized zucchini and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, tossing occasionally. Allow excess moisture to evaporate by letting the juices reduce for 1 minute if necessary.
02 - Stir in the Marinara sauce and incorporate the pepperoni slices. Cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the zucchini noodles.
03 - Add freshly cracked black pepper and crushed red chili pepper flakes, if desired. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with grated parmesan.
