Thick Banana Milkshake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 big overripe banana, chopped
02 - 1 cup milk
03 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 3 hefty dollops vanilla ice cream

→ Toppings

07 - Whipped cream to finish
08 - Crunchy banana chips for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the banana into chunky bits and toss them into your blender first.
02 - Add your milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and squeeze of lemon juice.
03 - Drop in the ice cream and whizz until it's silky smooth. If it gets stuck, splash in a bit more milk to get things moving.
04 - Fill two glasses and crown with whipped cream and banana chips.

01 - You can easily make twice as much for bigger groups
02 - Switch to oat milk ice cream and non-dairy milk for a dairy-free treat
03 - Whipped coconut cream works great as a non-dairy topping
