Cheesy Seafood Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking.
02 - 7 ounces shrimp, peeled and diced.
03 - 5 ounces crab meat, flaked.
04 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced.
05 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped finely.
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream, plain.
08 - 1/2 cup mayo, regular.
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
12 - Salt and pepper as needed.
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
14 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Toss in the spinach, letting it cook down for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat after it softens.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Mix in both cheeses, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, onion powder, plus a pinch of salt and pepper.
05 - Add the cooked spinach, crab meat, and shrimp to the bowl. Stir everything together until evenly combined.
06 - Spread the mix into a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top bubbles and turns golden.
