14 - ¼ cup softened unsalted butter
15 - 1½ cups confectioners' sugar
16 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
17 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
18 - Heart sprinkles for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix lukewarm milk with yeast and sugar until bubbly. In another bowl, blend flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add the butter, eggs, and red food coloring to your yeast mixture. Slowly work in your dry mix. Knead for about 5-7 minutes. Let it puff up for 1-2 hours.
02 - Stir together the soft butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until everything's mixed well.
03 - Flatten dough into a 15x9 inch sheet. Smear filling across the surface. Roll it up tightly from the long side, then slice into 12 equal pieces. Arrange in a greased 9x13 pan. Let them rise another 30-45 minutes.
04 - Pop in a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes till they turn golden. Let them cool a bit.
05 - Whip cream cheese with butter until fluffy. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk slowly until it's runny enough. Pour over slightly warm rolls and scatter sprinkles on top.

# Notes:

01 - Cutting rolls with dental floss gives cleaner slices
02 - Try sprinkling some red velvet cake bits on top for extra flair
03 - Wait until rolls cool slightly before adding the glaze
