Velvety Orange Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups whipping cream
02 - ⅔ cup white sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons grated orange peel (from one orange)
04 - 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a 2-cup measuring cup and 6 small serving dishes or cups.
02 - Mix cream, sugar, and orange peel in a medium pot. Heat until boiling, then lower to a gentle bubble. Stir often and cook 8-12 minutes until the mix shrinks down to exactly 2 cups.
03 - Transfer the hot mixture to your measuring cup and add orange juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes to cool down.
04 - Pour everything through a fine strainer into a bowl, then share equally between your serving dishes. Put in the fridge without covering for at least 3 hours or leave overnight until firm.
05 - Sprinkle extra orange peel on top if you want and enjoy cold.

# Notes:

01 - Don't cover while cooling in the fridge for 3-4 hours
02 - After it firms up, wrap with cling film to keep it fresh
