Grab a 2-cup measuring cup and 6 small serving dishes or cups.

Mix cream, sugar, and orange peel in a medium pot. Heat until boiling, then lower to a gentle bubble. Stir often and cook 8-12 minutes until the mix shrinks down to exactly 2 cups.

Transfer the hot mixture to your measuring cup and add orange juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes to cool down.

Pour everything through a fine strainer into a bowl, then share equally between your serving dishes. Put in the fridge without covering for at least 3 hours or leave overnight until firm.
